Refund policy

30-day returns

We want you to love your setup. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged, doesn't work, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. You won't need to pay for return shipping.

Changed your mind

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all accessories. Email us first to get return instructions; returns sent without contacting us can't be accepted. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exceptions

Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts can't be returned. Sale items are only eligible for return if they are damaged or defective.
