Shipping policy
Free shipping on every US order
We currently ship to the United States only. Shipping is always free, with no minimum order.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Delivery time
We ship from two locations, and each product page shows its estimated delivery time:
- US warehouse items: most arrive within 3-7 business days after processing.
- International warehouse items: most arrive within 5-14 business days after processing.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Orders with items from different warehouses will arrive in separate packages.
Lost or late packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 days or your package hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email us at annielalvarez1997@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address. We can't ship to PO boxes. If you need to change your address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
